I want to read the manga so which chapter did the last episode adapt? (Anime Spoilers)

Things are getting really interesting so I can't wait for the next part of this season. So can anyone tell me from where to read the manga after the anime?

The last episode of the anime covered most of chapter 70, but I recommend you to start at chapter 69, it contains some scenes that surely will be shown in the next season.

Technically the anime ended on chapter 71 (which is Veldora's resurrection) but I'd say read from like chapter 60/65 because the anime really tones down the intensity of Rimuru's anger and revenge.

So if you want to straight jump into where the anime left off, read 71 onwards, but I'd recommend reading from chapter 60.

It won't do any good because manga is ongoing at at the same time with the episode so not much progress in manga

I second this, there's also a special chapter in the manga from the viewpoint of getting slaughtered by an angel-like demon.

Those red eyes are Wisdom King Raphael's

It was basically used to show the skill acting as Rimuru's proxy during the resurrection magic, so technically Rimuru does have those eyes but they are used to indicate his ultimate skill Wisdom King being used.

Those are the eyes of the great sage or raphael. The same thing happened when great sage took control and fought the orc lord in season 1

I'd recommend just starting the manga from the beginning, the art is a lot better and the anime cut a lot of stuff, especially in the details and character department. The manga also has a lot of development for Veldora (and Ifrit) in his slime observation diaries, plus it fills in a lot of blanks from his perspective on how certain stuff works. Also they play a lot of shogi and it's really funny.
