Can I watch GIRLS Theater without watching Cinderella Girls?

I've seen fan-arts of Shiki Ichinose & I love her character design. She looks so beautiful. I noticed she seems to be in this spinoff with only 3 minutes per episode & not in the inderella Girls series. Is this true? Can I watch this without first watching that other series & still understand everything? Thanks.

It's not even for the anime watchers lol. So many of the Theater characters don't even appear in the Cinderella Girls anime. It's pretty much just fanservice for those who've played the games. They're all just 3 minutes of random, cute fun tho, so you could still watch lol.
