It's a split cour. First season had 13 eps so second would probably have 12 or 13 eps for each part...

It is kinda half-isekai as he reincarnated but it is the same world. Isekai means "other world" but it is usually assosiated with reincarnating to another world. It could also be argued that the world is in a different enough state to be considered a different world.

I agree with your assessment. The world that he was reborn into although technically the same is so different from when he left it that it may as well be a different world.

@Skallac It might be? I'm not too sure, it might also just have been a thing they put up because of the break between episodes 6 and 7. But it might be season three, I'm not to sure though.
