Don't know how to feel really. This is what we have been waiting for 2 years. And it has been so good. Kawaki is finally in the anime. Boruto finally used Karma. What i don't like is that there are no good OSTs for fuck sake. |

Well the only thing I liked about this episode was the ending when the music kicked in. I feel last weeks upcoming peek at this week betrayed me like a Wonder Woman 1984 trailer.  Only you know what you've seen, heard, and felt. Someone else's opinion is irrelevant. It belongs to you. |

Ah Kashin Koji. The power contest against Konohamaru just like a play child. He even almost crisped that Hokage grandchild. Lol. Ofc its supposed to be the device to showed Boruto's karma. What else? This episode contained a lot of question for me, tbh. But, well, its looks like these episode didn't enough to cover everything, and need to hold it off to another episodes. So, yeah, its fine. I already explained in another comment so you should look at that. But tbh when Koji had to use a Rasengan against Konohamarus did you really thought he wasn't having some difficulties? Konohamaru is reasonably strong and I'm glad that he could put a bit of a fight againstthe powerful Kashin instead of being oneshotted but I expected a bit more from him considering his heritage. As for Kashin, from my perspective he didn't really face any difficulties as he seemed to toy around a bit and just flexed his rasengan. I can see why people like you may argue that konohamaru is underrated and not weak at all from which I can agree to some extent. However because he doesn't have any big spotlight moments now as adult compared to when he was a kid (e.g. him vs pain) making every time he 'loses' in the big fights kinda disappointing in my opinion. Ah, so the mark Momoshiki gave to Boruto gives Boruto all of his powers. I guess that answers that old question of "how could Boruto possibly reach or surpass his father's abilities without a Tailed Beast?" Well, that and the Jougan, which I'm still not quite sure what that does other than be a different looking Byakugan, with anti-Otsutsuki vision. |

This episode is fire, Konohamaru stand no chance at all.... When Konohamaru got Burn, i didn't like the fact that his clothes is completely fine.... Everything in this arc are building this episode. From the death of Ao untill the awakening of the curse mark. It's all properly arranged to make the audience intrigued by the new villain, Kashin Koji. The way he reacted after seeing Boruto's curse mark also indicates that Boruto and his curse mark are valuable to their organization |
