Can I just "skip" all the other routes in da VN?

I recently started playing the VN, and quite honestly I don't give a donkey cock about "dating" the other girls, I really want to experience the Nagisa & After Story routes in the VN form. Am I able to get the full story of Clannad from Nagisa's route only, or is this a sin that will make Clannad VN fans hate me to death?

I'm pretty sure that you have to first go through all the other girls routes just to unlock the After Story portion of the VN.
