something wrong on Roku

it's sandy here already connect to the internet. I checked my wi-fi three times all just fine. now I'm getting sick because of Roku error code 016. it's up I need help.

did you try disconnecting it from the power source for 10-15 seconds? try unplugging your router at the same time also.

if that doesn't work try setting up a new connection. disconnect your wifi directly from the TV then reconnect. power cycles fix most issues so unplugging both the router and the TV for 10-15 seconds should be the solution to your problem.
