| Yes. You can't unironically like Akame ga Kill's story. The story is shit. The characters individually are all that is has going for it. I stopped watching it with only 2 episodes remaining to watch. I'm going to start over from the beginning. I already know that I will give it a 6/10. 6/10 is my policy for Shit Story + Good Characters. |

| Who said it's bad to like Akame ga Kill. I really enjoyed the anime and it's characters. The story was the only thing that i didn't like much but still it was worth watching. I gave it an 8 out of 10. This is my opinion and if anybody has a problem with that then that's their headache not mine. So, you should relax and don't worry about what the world has to say. |

I’m only asking this because liking akame ga kill means u have bad taste. :( If you like something then it doesn't really matter if you have good taste or bad. And, the people who say you have bad taste coz you like "Akame ga Kill" are the one's who enjoy "Boku no Pico" types of anime...XD |

| Absolutely not, I gave it a 6 but had feelings similar to your original post. There’s still plenty to appreciate in Akame ga Kill, even if it brutally fucks up in other areas. |

| I thoroughly enjoyed Akame ga Kill! It might be biased cause it was one of the first shows I had ever watched, but I enjoyed it. |

| I think your own enjoyment plays a big role in the score you're giving a show. Who cares if it wasn't objectively good. As long as you had fun watching it, it did its job right; provide you with entertainment. Like I really like Elite Classroom, for example. Now is it a good show? No, it's really average at best. But I still very much enjoyed watching it so in my book it deserves the eight I gave it. |

| I loved akame ga kill. It's the only show so far that I've rated a 10. I don't get why everyone else doesn't like it, but at least for me it had the right amount of everything. People can have their own opinions about whatever shows, whether you liked it or hated it, it doesn't matter to anyone but you :) |

| (TL;DR don't watch it. SPOILERS AHEAD) Characters were 2-dimensional and uninteresting. You could see most plot twists from a mile away. Dude ran after Sayo even knowing she's dead, which how stupid could you be? Basically a weeb stealing concepts off better anime. They shoved pinky and tatsumi romance appropos of nothing at the last minute. There was no build up with them at all except maybe he peeped on her once. Only interesting part was the last battle of the last episode. I gave it a 4/10. |
| Nah bro, I enjoyed also some of it, ended up giving it a 5 because from what I can remember the first half was good at least. Ignore everyone else, take their opinions with a grain of salt. You do you and enjoy freely what you like. |
