| It would be Magia Record (6.75). It's a wonderful story with a wonderful world but struggles because the parent story, Madoka Magica is on another level. Still, I love both and rate them 10/10. Second one would be Princess Connect Re:Dive (7.08). |

| as for anime i have four: one piece, shingeki no kyojin, ping pong the animation and vinland saga. one piece is 8.49; ping pong the animation is 8.63; vinland saga is 8.72; shingeki no kyojin is 8.45, i looked at the other seasons of snk and the 2nd one i think is the lowest with 8.41. so for anime shingeki no kyojin 2nd season is the lowest 10/10 of mine in the mal score. as for manga i have six. but im still deciding if one of them is 10 or not, that is kingdom, i'm still on chapter 16, but it's really the kind of thing that i like, so it's probably a 10 as well. one piece is 9.10; vinland saga is 8.89; ping pong is 8.41; kingdom is 9.00; shingeki no kyojin is 8.65; spy x family is 8.62. so for manga ping pong is the lowest 10/10 of mine in the mal score. |

| Samurai Flamenco 6.91. People don't like the plot twists. it has a lot. I thought it was funny. Chu Bra loli pantsu ecchi that is actually a decent coming of age story that I thought came up with a good enough excuse to flash panties for once. 6.24 Most of my low rated 10/10s are hentai... so I will skip those. Tora-chan to Hanayome 5.57 because it is very old... like ancient... Kumo to Tulip 5.75 same as Tora... it is just really old. Most of my 10's are in the rated 7 zone. A lot of lower 7s. Some are rated lower cause they are 70's masterpieces some of the highest rated anime for 70's. But some are newer... but just... niche I guess. People tend to hate harem and ecchi and those are not genre I rate well either but the ones I like, I reward. |

| Well to start with, the lowest TV 10 I have is Soukyuu no Fafner (7.30) Technically, the actual lowest 10 I have is a special, Wings to the Future (6.45), but I feel like that doesn't really count since specials and OVA's usually end up getting pretty low scores anyways. | Have not given a 10/10 yet but I do have a few 9's... lowest one of those has to be Grand Blue because it's no masterpiece compared to the rest and if you think that's odd to give grand blue such a high rating well I enjoyed the FUK outta it and it was one of the few times that I had an absolute non stop blast from start to finish in anime. Yeah it comes down to personal preference about humour but let me just say this humour was on freaking POINT for me and it's rare to get such a bomb ass time in anime and at the end of the day, that's why we watch anime and stuff right?? To have a good time?? edit: just checked and grand blue is sitting at a nice fat 8.41 so actually I guess I'm not too far off |

| Dang let me check... well out of the 1041 anime I've completed (and one ongoing series) I've only apparently given out 9 10's (3 of which belong to 1 series and 2 of which belongs to another series). The lowest rated one on MAL is Akatsuki no Yona with 8.06 rating. Second lowest of my 10/10 rated anime would be One Piece with an 8.49 rating. |

| 91 days with 7.84. The OVA which I also rated 10/10 is actually the lowest one with 6.88 but I'm only counting series. |
| Princess Mononoke has like an 8.73 on MAL, which isn't low by any means. Not that MAL average actually means anything. |
| Space Cobra (7.71) The animation is really dated but the pulp genre mixed with the space James Bond atmosphere and romance i kinda accidentally fell in love with the series i also love the premise a lot |
