| I usually listen to some nature ambience because music can be distracting. Unless you go for purely music instrumentals. |
| Yeah, depending on what I'm reading. I might pause the music if the plot gets intense so I can get immersed better. But it helps to keep my mind from wandering too far away from the page when going through an exposition dump. |

| Not always, but when I do, I put the OST of a anime adaptaion of the manga If the manga don't have adaptation, I improvise, like I do with Solo Leveling, putting Linkin Park/Evanescence lol |

| Depends on what genre that I read, if it's SOL I will listen to some relaxing arrangements but if it's a manga where you need all your brain cells to work(psychological,seinen,mystery) then nope |

| If people in my house are being loud while I'm trying to read I pop on some headphones and turn on some classical music to drown them out. Classical music is just backround noise for me and doesn't distract from what I'm reading... and my family are LOUD AF! So yeah, I listen to music a lot while reading lol |

| No, it gets in the way. Music breaks the atmosphere of some scenes. Unless I choose a music that goes well with the atmosphere, it's too distracting. I like reading shounen manga, imagine having a love song or classical music as a bgm when there's a fight scene. Lol. |

| Absolutely yes, since i hate slow pacing on monster anime,i read the manga with death note ost,for AoT,i just use random sounds on the anime tab 1 and using the ost on tab 2 |

| It depends, for some Manga I do especially if they have an Anime Adaption. It adds that little heartpull/emotional or badass tone to it - buuuuuut also depends on the genre, if I am reading something which focuses more on Comedy then I don't really bother. 🤷♀️ However, it is hard when it sometimes doesn't fit the Scene which is currently going on so I often have to pause and search for something which fits (or just go 5 mins back) So I usually need to look up sth specific which fits. For Akatsuki no Yona, I LOVE having it's OST in the back. Same for Fairy Tail. Makes reading it so much better. So I guess it differs whether I am in the mood for some background music or on what I am reading. |

Plus I've had bad experiences in studying whilst listening to music as well but, have heard others have positive experiences. To each their own I suppose. |

| Most of the time I don't listen to music whilst reading manga because takes my mind off the story but sometimes when I feel like it I will put some lofi on in the background because it has no vocals and doesn't really distract you. |
