Velvet Crowe gets the spotlight first, in this school themed special, looks like she overprotects her brother much? damn, i didn't watch tales of vesperia yet! >_< i know that Berseria gets shortly featured in the Zestiria anime...

Is there any links for Episode 10-13? 1-9 are on Youtube, but I can't find 10-13 anywhere, and the official site is region locked...

Episodes 10 to 12 are on Youtube now. If you search for "Tales of Homeroom", you can find episode 10 with Spanish subtitles. Episodes 11 and 12 are Vesperia specials. They are titled "Tales of Homeroom: Tales of Vesperia" episodes 1 and 2 on youtube. I’m still looking for episode 13. From what I’ve read it should be a Tales of Graces special.

To find the special, you will need to buy the BD of Tales of Graces 10th anniversary party. The special is in the middle of the event because that was where it showcased.

However, finding the BD is sometimes rare even with the currency, so you will have to try your best to find the BD if you want to see the 13th episode.
