Hirokazu Hanai (Saredo Tsumibito wa Ryuu to Odoru) is helming the anime series at Telecom Animation Film. Taku Kishimoto (Hanebado!) is handling the series composition and script. Misaki Suzuki (Tari Tari sub-character design) is designing the characters. Gin (Kono Bijutsubu ni wa Mondai ga Aru!) is composing the music. 774 (Nanashi) posted a prototype of the titular character Nagatoro on Pixiv in August 2011.
