Have you ever even been in a safe deposit vault? That's not how it works dude. It requires 2 keys, one by the bank and one by the box owner. In addition, before that you need to present ID and PIN code to even get into the vault. |

| We don't call those as plot holes, but plot conveniences. I don't know how capable CIA agents in real life are, so no comment for that. But Near's god-like ability is a clear plot device/conveniences, but it is not "hole". |
