The first 22 min of the movie is the opening sequel, and these OVAs (Galo-hen and Lio-hen) are perfect to explain what you just watched in the begin of the movie, AFTER you already started it. Watching in the chronological order spoils a bit the introduction of the movie. It will lose a lot of impact. And watching the movie first basically turn the OVAs disposable. |
