| As a big fan of the danganronpa franchise i was very hyped for this show, and the first episode didn't disappoint me. The character names remembered me a lot of the shsl thing in danganronpa and how that's correlationated to their personalities. The MC also looks like Chiaki Nanami, one of my favorite characters ever. I hope studios pierrot can keep the animation consistent and the plot don't lose itself along the way. |

I got more Ibuki vibes, but I can maybe see a little bit of Chiaki too? --- Anyways, pretty good first episode. I wasn't super hyped until the cat started talking and we got the necklaces, mainly because Danganronpa obsession is the only reason I'm watching this. I will say I was pretty impressed, mainly due to low expectations after how V3 ended, which I wasn't a fan of. We will see if the studio can keep this quality up. |

| man that visual had me confused i forgot the Danganronpa creator's new anime was coming out this season. this was pure chaotic and was far more cyberpunk than i thought but i haven't seen this much disregard for public safety since blood blockade jesus just people dying all over the place the naming sense of all the Akudama's is peak Danganronpa ordinary person wins as the only non bad person that i can tell so far that i want to live and shes got Tomoyo voicing her this cyberpunk world seems so over the top public execution's are held as sports events |

| The way of them censoring shit just sucked the ball. I can't believed it was a censor until i red some comment here. Pierrot really lazy to did something better than a black light. Darn you, the censorship XD Otherwise, for the story aspect i can't tell much. It seemed to be random and everything just out of place. The plot was way too obvious to saved the criminals with all of that armours, and they were just too overpowerred no matter what shit happened to them. And then, what the hell, police officer shit? Instead of you, talking some bullshit to them, why just slice that goddamn murderer head and stop wasting time? Then here you were death with you chop without realizing your damn mistake. XD I don't want to said something about the 'ordinary girl person', that somehow became Akudama too. She was too predictable with all of her action, same condition with the black cat, that somehow could speak too. Yeah it was too random and i just laughed with their effort to be a different. At least the art, animation and their ending song were all so great and quite catchy to me. So i don't had much complain over my general satisfaction, instead of its hectic story telling. Yeah, the story had some lacking moments and need more details about whats goin on. I thought it might be turned out to a gangs war, or another battle against each others with no clear reason among them. Its like they were just a crime specialist, a freak, a naives generic girl, or something similar like that, and their deal, just still blurred to me. So, i really hope its get a better shape in the next episode. Lets see.... |

| Holy crap, I went into this knowing nothing. And I got a cyberpunk clusterfuck of psychos getting paid to do jobs plot sign me the fuck up. That was honestly really great, animation is good and the art is unique. If Pierrot tried they can really pull of some good shit like this. Though the main character is dumb as bricks lmao, I really like her. Well she is an Ordinary Person. Looking forward for more of this. |

| I'm not the biggest fan of action, but damn, this looks so good. My expectations for this were low, but it really delivered. It definitely has a lot of potential. loved every second of it, can't wait for more. |

| Great first episode. And it is original work. Promising. I liked the fast paced action and the cool chars.Also the girl has a cute char (face) design.) I just hope we'll also get to see some deeper plot and explanations. I guess some guy with money manipulated the 4 criminals to rescue Cutthroat guy to use them later (controlling them with the bombs) to get them to accomplish some bigger stuff. System I guess uses "Akudama" for "criminals" and they have different tiers. S one being the highest/strongest. And they are using public executions for fun. The totally weird city feels a bit like that other anime (I can't remember the name / Edit: Kekkai Sensen ... was that boring stuff where probably the source material was at fault for the boring plot) that got 2 seasons (I watched onyl first cause boring) where the city was super weird - but also with more fantasy-like and super boring plot. (But still cool action.) So far the most promising anime this season. |
| I feel for a first episode, it's kind of over-the-top. Too many things happening at once but I understand the premise. The MC girl seems somewhat of an airhead. The MC takoyaki guy reminds me of Squall from FF8 and I hate those type of characters. Out of all of them, the most interesting is Cutthroat himself because of his high sentence and the cat. I like the neon colors, the character designs and the soundtrack so far. Everything else is okay at most, just because it's flashy doesn't mean it's going to be good. However, I'm looking forward to the next episode. I'd give this episode a 6.5/10. |

| This is giving me Alita: Battle Angel vibes. Visuals are good, as well as the soundtrack. Courier and his motorcycle is so cool. Brawler is troublesome. Hacker's gadgets are nice. Doctor is a psycho. Hoodlum the comedic one Cutthroat is so ruthless. And girl is so funny, Swindler eh? lol Looks like they were assembled into a team by a neko(?). I wonder what will be their mission. A combination of action and comedy. So entertaining. This is definitely running to be one of the best anime this season.  |

| Pleasantly surprised by the first episode. Wasn't going to check this show out at all until some friends told me that the first episode was pretty cool and... yeah, it sure was. The characters are standard and cliché stereotypes but that shouldn't matter much if they can keep up the over-the-top action like this for the whole show. Love me some shows where you just turn your brain off and watch cool shit happen. Picked tf up. |

| i had no intention of watching this based on the trailer. i'd written it off as something trashy and forgettable, but the hype train on twitter made me want to at least try the first episode and well... i think i might end up eating my words! sure one episode isn't enough indication of whether the plot/writing will remain solid throughout but just the level of effort and thought put into the architecture of this world gives me some hope and confidence that this will at least be above average, and DEFINITELY better quality than most other original action anime that have been pumped out over the past couple of years. i agree with some opinions i was on twt, the mc seems kind of interesting. right now she seems sorta milktoast, sure, but i have an innate feeling that she's gonna undergo a transformation during this series - it'll be interesting to see if she abandons her (or the society's) ethics and become an akudama herself or if she'll remain """pure"""... or if the direction of the series will even go deeper still and flip the script, show the oppressive government as the actual "evil" etc etc etc for now i'm giving it a 7/10 since i wanna give this the "3 ep rule" treatment but unless the next two eps are complete horseshit i think i'm gonna enjoy this a lot :-) god... please... just don't let this be another juuni taisen... T___T |
