Looking for "Karate Kid" Style anime.

I was wondering if anyone had any good martial art-related anime recommendations. I am more specifically looking for something similar to the Karate Kid, Ip Man, Jackie Chan, etc. kind of movies.

Something where there is a martial arts master who is seemingly unbeatable yet somewhat humble, and maybe they have a student who looks up to them and is struggling with their own martial arts journey.

Something as close to the Karate Kid formula but as anime would be really cool and interesting if anyone has any good recommendations.
