| I stumbled upon this manga few days back and decided to give it a try and so far it looks interesting... looks interesting, that's all I can say because I don't understand japanese. Protagonist and main heroine looks interesting enough so far, but it is soon to tell if they are good or bad characters. It has an interesting ranking system (similar to OPM heroes ranking?) Villains were bunch of arrogant prats, so I personally wasn't really entertained in this category. It might become sort of OPM clone to certain extent, only time will tell. So far, from all I saw in 11 chapters, our MC seems to be sort of Saitama (but he doesn't seems to have baldy's wonderful personality). He doesn't kill you in one punch, but so far he seems to be very strong, very OP, did some really hard training, doesn't seems to take any damage in his current state, he did sort of "serious punch" thingy and his "partner" is an S class adventurer, hero or something like that. |

| I'm liking it 19 chapter in. I can see why you feel it similar to OPM, but if anything it's closer to all those fantasy OP manga, it's pretty common. The idea that he's a middle aged paternal dude trying to live his best life is appealing to me, it isn't an original thing either. On the other hand having a tournament as the second arc feels a bit rushed, like they're jumping to the standard setting without trying to do their own thing. So overall it's like a solid 7, well above the media but nothing too impressive. |
