The funniest from the ones that I have watched. I can't deny the fact that there are many more funnier ones (;

It's not even the funniest you've watched. You have both Dragon Ball and Gintama on your list.
I Havent finished Gintama yet and I can't rate it because i might end and up not liking it. I don't think DB is funnier tho. mo

My favourite would have to be Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou. Second would be Grand Blue.

I'll echo what a few people have said above and say the funniest anime I've seen is probably Asobi Asobase.
Honourable mentions go to Konosuba and Patalliro.

Grand Blue is a really good one.

But have to say - during a road trip last year, using earbuds so I didn't disturb anyone else... Cautious Hero was one to make me laugh so obnoxiously I ended disturbing everyone. It was great :D

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Shimoneta.

Indeed, it requires the best of minds to understand the complex 1984-esque themes of Shimoneta.

I can think of Full metal panic? Fumoffu!; Saiki Kusuo (as many others have said); Back Street Girls: Gokudolls; Gugure! Kokkuri-san; Mahou Shoujo Ore and, the best one: Henkei Shoujo (you're welcome).

I would like to mention Kekkai Sensen and Mob Psycho 100 as well, they're not focused on comedy but they have some really funny scenes.

Asobi Asobase by a long shot, I think.

Nichijou and the first two seasons of Yuru Yuri are also really great! And if you haven't seen Azumanga Daioh, it's a classic and I think really helped shape my sense of humor when I was a kid.

Prison School hands down. I'm rewatching now (Originally watched it years ago) and I forgot just how genuinely funny it was.

Arakawa under the bridge would take second place, but I can see a lot of people finding it boring. It was really funny to me though

Without a doubt Kaguya-sama. I have never laughed harder at an anime than when I watched Kaguya-sama. Nichijou, Seitokai Yakuindomo, and Hayate no Gotoku are up there as well.

Good question... I can think of a good many really funny series’ but I’ll limit it to my favorites.

NEW GAME! - Absolutely hilarious! The entire show is just a bunch of co-workers having silly interactions with each other plus it’s got a lot of heart.
Gamers! - A romcom that revolves around a very complicated love pentagon. When misunderstandings begin, the hilarity ensues.
Hensuki: Are You Willing to Fall in Love With a Pervert as Long as She’s a Cutie? - If fanservice and sexual humor are your thing, then this series is a perfect fit. While not exactly the cleanest thing to watch, it has enough heart to make it actually surprisingly sweet. Also, the dub is FANTASTIC!

I really like both K-On! and Lucky Star, but I'd say those are comedic Slice of Life shows and not what I'd normally consider a pure comedy series, so if you want pure comedy, I'd recommend Nichijou, Saiki K, and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun.
