Does the manga adaptation goes past the anime ?

Hello, I wanted to know if the manga adaptation goes past the anime or if it cover the entire light novel

The manga differs in some aspects from the anime, the manga ended with an alternative version of the tanpopo arc and the other guys from the other school doesnt appear. So you could say that the anime goes futher story wise but I dont know if the anime it is a faithfull adaptation of the novels or if it is also an original story because the novels are still being published.
