| It almost seems like a meme that Subaru gets captured this season including this episode. This seems more like a buildup but Garfiel is coming out of this show as a breakout character this arc. |

| Ah yes Echidna. I dunno how Subaru easily trusts people that he just met. Nice episode. Almost no Emilia screentime today :( The scene where the rabbits ate up Subaru was good though |

| Echidna real touching scene that Subaru can finally tell someone what he goes through must feel relieving to him. and we learn that Beatrice ain't a witch cultist kind of. She can just read the real future ish. again the Bird saves him-still dies later but the bird is a chad. you know and also Otto that got sliced in half. I wonder what the rabbits that killed him mean. |

| Man things are really starting to get going now. That rabbit scene is not something il forget so easily. I dont think il ever see another white rabbit again without this showing up in my brain. This series has a habit of making animals that dont exactly inspire fear into terrifying monsters, Whales, Rabbits etc. Ah my poor boy finally has someone who knows of his ability, i can defintly see why he broke down in tears after saying it, can u imagine the burden to carry such a secret and all that suffering and no one know swhat you have been trough? A great episode. Bring me more. :) |
| At this point it feels like this arc is being unnaturally stretched out to reach a 13 episode count. There was a lot of unnecessary padding in these past few episodes. That being said, it was still enjoyable and we got a few more pieces of the puzzle, although the rabbit scene was a little too ridiculous, even for anime standards. |

| This was the first episode from Re:Zero that has truly disturbed me. The rabbit scene was very detailed and unsettling. Otto's scene was disturbing as well. On a side note: I can see the memes for Garfiel in several meme formats already (e.g. "You're not you when you're hungry." "Remember, Garfiel? This is him now, feel old yet?" |

I feel like it is paced perfectly, I wouldn't want them to cut out too much from the source material, they are all ready cutting quite a bit from what I hear. |

She’s the first person who Subaru’s ever been able to express his experience to. The first person who can really understand. | That was one hell of a beast form garfiel has. The rabbit scene was creepy as hell. Glad that it made subaru return again tho. Subaru was finally able to cry his heart out about him returning from death. Love how echidna comforted him at the end.  |

| YESSS YESS YESS freaking finally someone who Subaru can tell what he's been going through all this time. Finally someone who can appreaciate what Subaru's been doing for everyone. I almost cried after watching Subaru crying after he told Echidna he can come back by death. Echidna and Subaru's conversation was too damn touching. Echidna officially second best girl after Rem in Re:Zero and one my fav characters. Damn Ram was extra savage this time, that HALF A MAN comment was extreme XD. Holy shit wtf were those rabbits, that was too freaky. Magnificent episode, 100/10. |

| This was probably one of the shortest episode this season (24 minutes with an OP, usually they are longer at around 26 minutes with skipped OP and ED) but it was one of the strongest episodes of the series. The rabbit scene was disturbing, it made me feel uncomfortable. I really thought the end scene with Echidna was wholesome yet poignant. 5/5 |

| Oh what a cute little rabbit! If this was any other anime i would might be fooled, but not with Re;Zero! Here everything is a enemy. Whales, rabbits, Subaru walking through manor all alone at night. Glad to see that witches curse doesnt affect Subaru at tea party. He's finally able to tell someone whats really going on and how much did he suffer. And Echidna knowing that just puts her at the top of the waifu list. These episodes just keep getting better nad better! |

| It's been a long time since i read the WN so i dont remember much about whats going to happen but many people saying that this episode was going to be emotional and when i watch the first half to 2/3 of it i was like "wait, this is not emotional, just subaru dying and suffering just like usual" but oh boy how wrong i am, not after that scene with subaru and echidna, seeing him finally able to share and talk about his death and about all that shit he've been through is very emotional for me T_T |

| This made me realize how painful the “Return by death” is, even though I already knew that, but still sometimes I was like “Why don’t you just die Subaru” but I understand (some) of his pain, he couldn’t tell it to anyone, he has been enduring all the pain himself, best boi Subaru. Echidna!! Oh man I can’t stop shipping Subaru and Echidna together, she instantly became best girl the moment she first appeared, now she’s raising the bar even higher! Hot damn Echidna chill |

| I knew it for Garfield...it was kinda obvious but wow what a really harsh scene, and the rabbit thing was also totally terrifying, poor Subaru it must be horrible. But the last scene with Echidna was incredible, so she watched him from the very beginning and it's the first time that Subaru can speak about his life after death... Echidna is becoming better and better. |
