MAL says TO has an English dub, but does it exist?

I can't find a dubbed version of this show anywhere. It's only a 2009 show- If a dub exists, it shouldn't be that hard to find... should it?

Is it just bad info on MAL? Or is the dubbed version titled different, or something? (MAL lists a half-dozen alternate titles- I tried searching each of them, but with that many variants, I may have missed something)

Does this dub just not exist, or am I missing something?

It does. Funimation dubbed it. They even used to show it on TV back when they had their own channel. That's how I first saw it. They sell it on DVD as well. Here's a link to their shop's page for it:
