I think praising or hating (subjectively) a certain anime is an appreciable attitude when it comes to be honest with yourself. Even though I'm a big fan of "X anime", I can think that the other side of a spectrum has also appreciable thoughts like criticism and dislike opinions. Like a Law of Equivalent Exchange, everything must have opposite reaction.

Being pretentious (like blind hate or blind praise) doesn't mean what our"self" being endearing, but it's just meeting a certain standard that should be socially considerable to little or more. (Example: Being Normie/Elitist "sorry if it's a dead terms for y'all).

Whether liking it or hating it is always a gift to all piece of art, and everyone should understand what OPINION truly means.

Different strokes, different folks.

Well even if its just your subjective opinion, you can still at least say why you liked something, or why you didn't.
Instead of just saying "I liked it because, I just liked it" and end it there.

Not always, but I agree its generally true with both sides. I just have done and seen people miss key aspects or just misunderstand a series and hate it for what its not even trying to do.

I'm not sure I fully get what you're saying, but yeah I definitely feel that people should properly represent their opinions on a thing.

For example:
"I dislike this show, even though I haven't seen it, because I dislike its character art."
"I think this show is great, because I've seen it and consider it great for [reasons based on my own experience]."
"I have heard this show is great, for [reasons heard from others], though I have yet to watch it beyond two episodes."

As opposed to joining hatedoms/"praisedoms" and saying things about a work just because others are saying it.
