| I don't think it's because of the "art styles". ttgl, seirei no moribito, gundam 00 and the first kara no kyoukai films all came out in 2007 and I can't spot a particular "2007 look" in them. |

| There are shows and movies that are older and have a more modern-looking art style. There are quite a few really good series with really good stories and whatnot that came out in 2007, so it's not just about the art and animation. |

| 2007 was great, but in not in particular for the art or designs(saying that as someone who's actually into the rough 2000 style, but more of the early 00's) Even tho I gotta say that Gurren Lagann and Kaiji stood out to me in a positive way. |

| I do agree that there are quite a few good 2007 animes although personally I don't just factor it on art style and animation. I do find myself to be very into series from that decade, though. |

| No, the reason is simply because by accident many creators made a lot of good anime that year. By the way, 2007 was actually the year of Higurashi Kai, and it looked so much better than S1. Although that art and animation still has nothing to do with why that year has many good anime. |

| I kinda agree with you But I think 2009/2012 is a best year of anime Because a lot of good anime came out Like for examples K-on! Chuunibyo The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya And so many more |
