| CGI has a pretty bad rep in the anime community and for pretty good reason because a lot of it is bad. So what anime has the best looking CGI to you. For me it's the CGI in the Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works. Ufotable have mastered the art of CGI and I wish some other studios would follow in there foot steps. |

| this sequence looked nice the code geass akito films also had fairly decent CG studio orange stuff look great studio ufotable makes good use of it the 3d models look a bit crap but the battle at the start of the last episode of gundam the origin was extremely well animated with great camera work edit: also: the captain harlock remake innocence the final fight from advent children was amazing |

| Space Battleship Yamato 2199 & 2202 have really good CG, some of the best space battles I've seen. LotGH remake also has decent CG that puts the OVA's space battles to shame |

| Shaft and Ufotable make a decent combination of hand drawn animation and CGI. Shaft also makes use of real life images (Madoka Magica) and it looks cool. I've not seen anything by Wit but people praise the CGI of AOT. For pure CGI, Orange wins. |

| Like many other people said, ufotable are those who utilize CGI the best, and most, if not all of their anime are quite beautiful. From the top of my head, I can think of the Fate series, Kimetsu no Yaiba, Tales of Zestiria the X, and Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu, which all had phenomal use of CGI. Even though I didn't watch it, from the few clips of Houseki no Kuni I've seen wandering around, it also seems to use CGI quite well (I still prefer ufotable CGI though). |

I believe that many high budgeted anime still ended up with good CGI, eg: Rebuild of Evangelion, Gundam Unicorn. |

| None, There's no good CG in anime at all... or, at least, one that has good character physics. Most of the times CG in anime is clunky as fuck, no matter how good looking it is, framerate issues, unrealistic character movements and physics can bring down even the most beautifully looking CGs out there. Also, wtf, people here saying that Inuyashiki CG was good, lmfao, not even close, Inuyashiki's CG is atrocious. |

| You've gotta check out Land of the Lustrous. Incorporated so well, effectively, and beautifully. Demon Slayer looks good as well. Not a fan of Fate/Zero personally. The CGI often looks so out-of-place in the fight scenes at least. |

| Land of Lustrous (Houseki no Kuni) has the best mixage of CGI in a traditional animation anime, so far. This mix is what is usually the problem of CGI use in anime, and there they suceed in a Epic way. Now, the best FULL 3D anime is.... one from Pixar, right? Pixar, Dreamworks, the current US animation for cinema is only this nowadays. I hope that Japan never follow this mainstream. Would be a pity if they abandon what they are the best in the planet now, to copy a style where they still are in a 2nd tier compared to western productions. This is the case of FFVII AC movie, btw (what is just like a long game 3D intro). |

| I feel Studio Orange pulls off pretty good CGI for a fully CGI anime with inhuman characters. Lots of studios have used CGI very well to enhance the background, action sequences like battles or objects, and and add depth to characters. |

| Has to be Gantz:O, also the absolute masterclass in animation that is Kaijuu no Kodomo. For tv anime, I thnk Houseki no Kuni, Bubuki Buranki and God Eater are some of the best showings of it. |
