| I would recommend Ajin if you haven’t seen it yet. It’s 3d animated and some people don’t like that but I think it’s a masterpiece. I’m reading the manga right now, it’s really good too. Some gory stuff was cut out from the anime but it’s very minor. As for the second season of Ajin I don’t know if it follows the manga or not, and I haven’t seen it. But I would recommend the first season if you want to get back into anime. |

| I can see you've started watching Bakemonogatari and that's great but I think you'll like the light novels as well by Nisio Isin. I personally read the novel after I watched Bakemonogatari and it was just amazing to experience the series again but with more and more context and having to read everything rather than 1-2s of frame with loads of text. Nisio Isin is a great author. |

First I would just like to say thanks for being one of the reasons I got into anime and thank you very much for introducing me to one of the greatest manga ever, the masterpiece- BLAME! I recommend watching Monster its one of the best stories ever and has amazing characters. Also you should watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes and Fate series. Here is a guide for you If you want to watch something very dark there is this anime movie called Midori. At first its very gross but gets interesting later. I would mention the upcoming Uzumaki anime since you liked the manga. Have a nice day :) |

| Hey man, if you're looking for a crazy cool more modern anime, I'd recommend Dororo. The most recent anime was an adaptation of a manga from the 1960's, and is very well done. The animation in this show is absolutely insane, and it all takes place during a time of civil war in old Japan. It's got some of the most insane fights while also dealing with the main charatcers humanity. It's really a masterpiece. Definately one of the best anime in recent years, and I think you'd really enjoy it. |
