| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- It's nice to see this manga finally appear on MAL. I'm a fan of the books so I'm glad to see the manga of it. This chapter didn't have much happen in it. We get to see Hyland and also get a better feel for the setting and situation. I didn't mind this lack of story because I was very impressed with the art. This manga is aesthetically pleasing and it's enjoyable enough just looking at it. The people seem to be drawn in a bit of a longer manner, and the manga gives off a much more realistic look than you would expect. I don't know fully how it works, but it definitely works for me. |
