| There are just some characters in anime who are so dumb yet so lovable that you can't stay mad at them. Who's yours? Mine is Mako from Kill la Kill. She's a total goofball and I love her so much! Her "Hallelujah" moments make me laugh so much, and she's so endearing and caring. |

| I would say Okuyasu from Jojo he is very funny sometimes, he has a great hability and he is one of the best jojobros, despite the fact that his power could be used in a more worth way. Also I would say the entre or almost the entire cast of Grand blue cause they are fun af. |

| For me, pretty much the majority of the cast from Gintama, Saiki K, and Gekkan Shoujo. Most if not all of the characters from all three shows are hilarious particularly Yamazaki, Kaidou, and Mikoshiba. |

| Since I'm currently reading Kimetsu no Yaiba, Zenitsu and Inosuke come to mind, although I only really like Inosuke. Zenitsu is so loud, even reading certain scenes with him gives me a headache. |

| I was about to answer Chika from Kaguya-Sama and Sunohara from Clannad, but when I think about it they're really not that dumb despite what they look like. However I know one character who can perfectly fit the description : Yuuko from Nichijou ! She's such an idiot but she's so hard to hate, I love her despite her lack of braincells. |

| Monkey the(D) Luffy the captain of straw hat pirates, most dumb creature in existence and very funny even in highly dumb moments. He is such a idiot that he can unconsciously eat all the meat available in the ship and don't even realise it. His motto is 'No meat, no life' but his life is devoted to finding One Piece. Still he takes care of his nakama very much and treats them like his family. |
