| If one of the few people who actually looked like he had a chance to beat the Strongest Creature on Earth would rather die than receive one punch from him, it looks like there's really is no beating the guy. Kaku ragequitted and he was gloating lmao It's also funny how the audience went home happily despite seeing their home team get their 4000-year old history of martial arts besmirched and their Sea Emperor dying. That last part really makes me wonder about how many more decades it'll take until Baki will be able to defeat Yujiro. I guess that he'll have to screw Kozue dozens of times more if he wants to stand a chance against his old man. |

| It feels weird to see the tournament ended with the season barely over halfway through. |
| Great Chinese Challenge Arc - COMPLETE Really super fun arc!! Idk if I liked it better than the Maximum Tournament Arc, only because it's a little shorter and less dragged out(?) but it was really cool. I almost didn't like how the tournament got derailed halfway through for the team matchup but I think that was alright. Oliva and Baki's individual fights were really cool, specifically because Oliva is just a beast, and Baki is the goat. Retsu's fight was cool too, even though I can't stand that Jaku guy. Obviously the main event was Yujiro vs. the old man. That was absolutely incredible. I didn't doubt for a minute Yujiro would lose, but I'm a bit unsatisfied that he didn't, like, "technically" win? Whatever, still really awesome, and great to see him fight! Now it looks like Alai Jr. wants to face Baki but he wants none of it. He's getting ready to face his father ..... .... Hoo boy!!!!!  |
| The wasn't something I expected I guess, the old guy faked his death during the fight to not die, Yujiro is way too strong, this is scary |
