Hello. I fell in love with the Gosick anime and now I am in desperate search of the english Gosick light novels. Volume 1 and 2 are pretty simple to find, but volumes 3 and up are a rarity. Please can someone direct me to a place where I can buy rare light novels, so I can purchase more volumes? Even just giving me tips on how to find volumes 3 and up will be a blessing, thank you :)

Yeah. I found out that the people who published the light novel in 2003 dropped the series translation for volume 3 and up, which is very disappointing. I want to go to Japan, so I'm going to start learning Japanese and when I get to a level where I can read Japanese I will purchase the light novels. That may take a while, but dedication is where it's at :)

Seven seas publishing does reader surveys. You can suggest a title like gosicj each month. I do it lol.

did you ever find a way to read the books? I'm interested in finding a way but haven't really tried yet.

Hello fellow Gosick fans!
For those of you who are interested, on a purely unofficial basis, volumes 1-5 of the mainline series, and the first two volumes of the prequel GosickS, have now been fantranslated. I can't tell you where to get them here of course, but if you were to search for them on a popular anime website with the sound of a cat [dot] si
then you can certainly find them.
If you want physical copies then you will have to print them on demand. Realistically, since there has been no movement on English releases of Gosick since the anime was (IMO poorly) dubbed in 2017, unless there is some really popular new anime adaptation I don't think there is likely to ever be another official release. But as the main series is over halfway done, I don't think it's too impossible that someday not too long in the future we will be able to finish reading the entire series in English.
