Romance tag in the manga

So I checked the SYD manga page on MAL just a few days ago and there was no 'romance' tag in the page but today while I am seeing the page, it is showing the 'romance' tag. Did any development occur such that the 'romance' tag was added to the manga? If so, I really want to know about it so bad

I don't see any point in adding the Romance tag tbh, there's barely 5% of romance in Seitokai Yakuindomo and it's all related to comedy, the rest is pure sexual comedy.
Now we will wait 2 years to have it removed
