I've seen only first and second fate/kaleid, so I wonder if I should watch the third part before watching this movie?

Yes. This movie is supposed to be a flashback of the events before the start of the first season but also something that you should watch after 3rei. Doing the movie first will spoil you about the events happening in the series and about Miyu. It's like starting with Fate/Zero then Fate/stay night, it's a bad idea.
