How long did shinra know about celty's head?

Just finished episode 12, and im left kinda bothered by the fact that shinra didnt tell celty about her head and she was so cool with it.

If he knew for the past 20 years and he didnt tell her, then I'll probably dislike both of them for the rest of the show, but if he found out when he did the surgery on the stalker then I understand both why he didnt tell celty and why she ended up forgiving him.

Most likely when he did the surgery. I couldn't imagine he knew since the beginning because there'd be no reason to hide it, other than to experiment.

I agree, it was lazy how easily Celty forgave him but lOvE~
