I thought in the anime angie kissed hilda not out of romantic love but to make her realize that her feelings are not disgusting and married tusk in the end. But someone told me that bluray/dvd commentery confirmed that is both in relationship with hilda and tusk? Is this legit...please confirm and end my confusion

Blurays came with an interview with the director and I don't recall Ange's sexuality being mentioned there, only that she is married to Tusk.

I'd say it's a matter of personal interpretation so I could go either way. Personally I think the show could have done with more male characters and less of an absolutist stance on the Mana-users' persecution of the Norma, like maybe an Underground Railroad sort of thing. Don't get me wrong, I love hot yuri action as much as the next fanboy, but objectively speaking it's not a viable plan to ensure long term survival of one's species.
