The official website of the Yuru Camp△ (Laid-Back Camp) anime series opened a new page for the second season on Monday, revealing two teaser visuals (pictured right). The new season will begin airing in January 2021. Main production staff and cast members are returning from the first season.

Synopsis
The New Year is right around the corner, and there's a big question on all the girls' minds: Where should each of them go to see the first sunrise of the year? Whether it's by the ocean or in view of Mount Fuji, there's no wrong answer-and it's a great excuse for more camping! A freak snowstorm could derail Rin's plans, but a little bad weather might just create the perfect opportunity for more relaxing, exploring, and (of course) eating! (Source: Yen Press)

The Heya Camp△ (Room Camp) short spin-off anime premiered on January 6 and ended with 12 episodes on Monday. Crunchyroll streamed the anime with subtitles as it aired in Japan.

Yuru Camp△ adapts Afro's comedy slice of life manga of the same title, which ran in Manga Time Kirara Forward from May 2015 to February 2019 before switching to the Comic Fuz website on March 29 that year. Houbunsha published the tenth compiled volume on March 12. Yen Press licensed the manga in English in April 2017 and will ship the eighth volume on Tuesday.

A live action television drama adaptation aired in Japan on January 10.

Can’t wait to have this back! Comfy at its finest.

Heya Camp has made me yearn for this even more, if anything.

I wonder when we’ll get news of the Movie next...

Oh I'm so excited for this. It's so warm & fuzzy and reminds me of camping as a kid. I really hope the teacher doesn't come back in the second season though - I hate her, stop being drunk and useless in this lovely wholesome anime.

It's going to be a long wait for this, but I'm sure it will be worth it. Heya Camp didn't do enough to scratch my itch for more Nadeshiko and co, but I can wait a little bit longer.

This'll feel a lot more cozier if aired during winter.

Ugh, so long away. Well, I'd rather have quality than a rushed half job. Gorgeous pictures.

9 months seems like a long way, but the start of 2021 is already looking great, with this, S2 of Cells At Work and the Slime Spin-off airing in the same season. I can't wait! =D

Next year huh...At least there is something to look forward to in 2021. I always loved this anime, but hopefully a movie will be released sometime this year.
