Issue with total watched episodes

In the last few days I've been having a bit of an issue, and I'm not sure whenever it's a bug or not. Let's say for example I watched a series that has 12 episodes, and mark it as complete it does not seem like it adds up to the total of watched episodes. I've tried marking some series as complete, just for the sake of testing out whenever the "episodes" goes up but I believe it has stayed the same. Please help.

Same, im unsure on whether or not my total days watched is going up correctly because I have watched quite a few episodes

The tally takes a while to go up. Now you've seen 3629 episodes, on average episode length is 24 minutes which makes it 3629*24 total minutes. This divided 60*24 makes around 57 days. Now, you might've seen few short anime or something of that sort as well which takes the number down.

I don't know why people write that they are approachable persons,
if you were you wouldn't be on MAL.
