can you recommend a longer show to watch that preferably doesn't have loads of fillers?

One Piece obviously, but episodes get more padded out the further you get (I dropped it around 700 episodes and went on to read the manga)

If we talk shows around 50 or more episodes (divided over multiple seasons), I've got:

Ansatsu Kyoushitsu
Code Geass
Fate series (Recommended Watching Order)
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Great Teacher Onizuka
Monogatari series (Recommended Watching Order)
Nanatsu no Taizai
Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan
Soul Eater

If you ever want to watch shows like Bleach or Naruto without filler, check out this site for guidance.

+Monster - it has surpisingly little filler for 74 episodes

Saiunkoku Monogatari
Cross Game
GeGeGe no Kitarou (2018)
Nodame Cantabile - including sequels
Hikaru no Go
Chihayafuru - season three airing now after a six-year hiatus

I don't think Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has any fillers. Hmm please correct me if I'm wrong.

So, I recommend Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Series

+1 Monster
+1 Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu

Ashita no Joe. It's a bit old, but it's a real gem. The first season has a few fillers, with the manga-canon episodes ending at episode 54, and the remaining episodes (55-79) being fillers.
The second season has no fillers.
