Let's say you're (with reading steiner) in 1.01 world line, and you move to the 1.02 world line, what happened to you in the 1.01 world line.
Did the 1.01 world line stopped, or the memories of you are gone, or anything else happened? This is the only thing I'm confused with Steins Gate

In the VN Suzuha mentions that there can be only one active world line at the same time, so the other ones are inactive. Shame that they didn't explain in the anime because this is a pretty important info about its world.

It is mentioned in the anime too, but not as clear as in the VN.

I rewatched it right now and yeah you're right, my bad. Altough I agree, it could have been more clear.

The world line changes by changing the past. In other words, 1.01 is simply replaced by 1.02, since there can only be one world line at a time. You could say that the "you" in 1.01 (the previous world line) is replaced by the "you" in 1.02 (the current world line).

Yea man they cut out and shorten some of the imp stuff from vn but still info in the anime is kind of sufficient to understand it.
