Where to start reading after anime

Hi! just finished the anime and want to continue the story, where should I start? I've heard people say that it should be volume 3, is that right? or should I start from the beginning?

Starting from Volume 3 is fine.
I think the only noticeable change in the anime is they left out explaining that Emeralda and Albert used a Feather from Laila (Yusa's mother) to open the portal between worlds. The feather will get brought up again in the story.
