Are there some good examples when you just wanted to take a rock from the floor, and smash it in some character's face?
 I would restrain katsushit first, take a huge baseball bat, and repeatedly bash his head over and over until he finally dies from severe brain damage. Then I would bury him in a garbage landfill because that's where he belongs. God knows what people see in this disgusting POS with a mountain sized ego and a hair trigger temper. That's pretty yikesy not gonna lie. There are degrees of separation between fiction and reality, it doesn't reflect one's desire for companionship with persons of toxic behaviour per se. OT: You know in fact I don't. If you had told me a year ago I might've given a few, but I don't feel that strongly about characters any more. Either the detestable character is well-written (Eva Heinemann, Mika Shimotsuki) in which case I appreciate their depth, or they're just I'm bad for the lolz types (Ouma, Dio) in which case I can't be bothered to care. |

And while I do appreciate that making a scene and rubbing salt into people's faces demonstrates a kind of criminality, the freedom to grandstand, to occupy attention, you grow out of it. It just seems real petty and small, like an insecure attention whore that feeds off recognition to justify his identity. A real villain, like Johan from Monster or Griffith from Berserk, doesn't feel the need to explain themselves ad infinitum. They just know what they have to do. So who's not a real bad ass? Like almost every "bad ass" character in anime, you know, the type that gets in your face and says, "Are you talking to me?", like every other generic middle school rebellious chump that dances around, talks a lot of shit, but doesn't make moves. | Watching another episode of Yawara reminded me why I try to finish it for 3 years already. Everytime that b1tch Honami Sayaka appears I wish she would just drop dead, she's worse than Myne by a mile. It's incredible how Urasawa managed to make me angry with all of his antagonists, all of them are scumbags and human trash, in fact johan is not even human but a monster. I'm glad Kazamidori cheats on Sayaka with her best friends, that b1tch deserves all the worst. |

| The only characters that have earned this kind of rage from me are Myne from Shield Hero, Himemiya Chikane from Kannazuki no Miko, Volkov from Beyblade, Alois Trancy from Kuroshitsuji, and Ichigo from Darling in the FRANXX. The last character I mentioned redeemed herself at the end of the series, so I'm not that mad at them anymore. |
