Games in where you are god (heaven-hell decision)?

Is there a or more games in which you are god and can decide if somebody went to heaven or hell after knowing his/her life story?

I'm only able to play in my native language but you can write every suited game here I inform for myself if it's available in my language.

There's this small indie game titled OMG that is pretty much exactly what you described, but the backstories of people are kinda short, consisting of three cards.
