and i heard volume 3 sales are just average again damn i hope this manga will not get cancelled

This is genuinely a great series. I read Vinland Saga, Berserk, Attack on Titan, One Piece, My Hero Academia, Black Clover, JuJutsu Kaisen, Kimetsu no Yaiba and The Promised Neverland. Samurai 8 isn’t bad by any means. In fact, I would put it over a lot of these series running in Jump right now. Hell, JJK is a lot more confusing than Samurai 8 is.

I don’t know man. From all the “critiques” I’ve seen, the hate seems to be stemming from the first 2 chapters combined with the fact that people want Kishimoto to fail. The latter being much more prevalent for whatever weird reason. That’s really it.

But as I’ve said man, this isn’t a bad series at all. It’s great. And for me, If it was trash, I’m the type of person to definitely admit it. Samurai 8 isn’t one of those series.

Anyway, I’m very excited to see where things go from here.

One of the things i love about a story is when the chars grow in you...the lore touches your feeling and you can feel that particular sensation...and that's what this arc of Samurai 8 gave to me. Sensational!
