| You dont have to watch Accelerator but you might as well since scavenger is in this season as well, basically the 4 assassin esper girls, and they have a flashback to accelerator so we know this takes place later in the timeline. You definitely don't have to watch index 3 and you should just skip it entirely, if you want to know the end just read the novels. |

Episode 23 and I was like "wtf is going on". I felt the anime is not doing the source material justice so I jumped in the light novel and it was very good. And yes, Railgun is more watchable, I enjoyed all of Railgun, even the filler episodes and my head doesn't spin. |
