| Don't get caught in the hype, don't get caught in the hype. I GOT CAUGHT IN THE HYPE!!! Please don't disappoint me like Tri did Kizuna. Here's hoping it'll be a great movie. The title implies it'll be the last thing we get out of Adventure, so hopefully this movie gives it a proper ending. We'll see though. I'm hoping they put focus on Tamers after this movie, but i'm not optimistic about that. |

| The trailer made me feel SOOOOOO emotional for some reason. I guess, "Butterfly" always causes this effect on me C,: I especially appreciate they used the original version, not another cover (not that Tri OP was bad, it's just the original is on the whole another level). Yeah, they indeed have grown up. I wonder if the movie makes me actually cry by the end. Tri didn't, it was one giant meh, but if this one focuses on original Digi-Destined children and doesn't push Marty and Mary Sues on us, we should be good. |
| My coworkers are surprised because I suddenly started crying in the office lol. From their pov, I'm such a 29yo giant kid who cried watching a cartoon trailer. BUT I GIVE ZERO FUCK AND TOTALLY WORTH IT! Digimon, Butter-Fly, and Brave Heart are entirety of my childhood and I couldn't help it when I suddenly hear the last episode version of Butter-Fly. (RIP Wada, I'll never forget you until I die) I'll pretend Tri never happened and only the Mega evolutions are canon when it comes to it. This is the true sequel of Adventure timeline. Not sure how'll the movie turn out, but the trailer alone is worth 11/10. If this movie delivers, 2020 Feb 21 will be another memorable day (at least in Japan) for old Digimon fans. The message [For all "Digi-Destined" who have walked with Digimon] hit too close to home. |

| The trailer alone has got me teary-eyed, damn. The original Digimon Adventure was such a huge part of childhood. Gunna be hard to say goodbye to these characters for good. |
