| We knew it was eventually coming out and now it's officially confirmed. Time to experience the nighmarish entrances of Nemesis all over again on April 3rd 2020. Resistance will also be available in the game as well. |

| Not even gonna think twice about getting this day one. The RE2 remake is my 2019 GOTY, so I'm definitely on board the hype train. I still think Project Resistance looks questionable, though it's nice of Capcom to include it for free. |

| Capcom is on fire recently. I think it's interesting they decided to include the multiplayer part for the game itself. RE 2 Remake's OST was amazing imo so I hope they bring their best to this game. |

The new music in RE2 was so bland that I switched halfway through my first playthrough and never switched back again. I mean, occasionally I would, but I always had to go with the classic OST again immediately. And I've never played the original RE2 or 3, so it's not nostalgia. I'm convinced the current generation of game and movie composers or their producers believe tuneful music is cheesy. |
| I wish these people came up with something more original than another tank top. They already did that with Claire in RE2, and I feel like I've seen so many tank tops in games. Also, it's so typical that modern times would replace her skirt with pants. I'll probably opt for the classic outfit. I thought the classic outfit DLC for Claire in RE2 sucked. It looked weird and didn't match the style of the game. But this one looks okay. Sort of... God, I hope it looks better live.  Did the classic outfits in RE2 get worn and dirty like the regular ones? |

| RE3 was alright, but mostly a very copypasted, low effort version of RE2 made for a quick buck. Hopefully they learn from the mistakes of RE2 and tone down the bullet sponge zombies and make RE3 a much more fleshed out and quality game. Personally don't really care about this series past REmake 1, that was a league of it's own in comparison to the rest, and RE7 was just too much of a walking simulator youtuber bait to me rather than a Resident Evil game, so I'm not really excited about the future of the series if it goes on that direction again. I just hope that these remakes do well so they go back to their more interesting and stronger series, which was sadly left unfinished  |

I hope Dino Crisis 2 get remake. Another old game that I really want to have remake is Chrono Cross. |
| Yeah I'm pretty excited for it. Was never a big RE fan until after I played RE 7. Prior to 7, I only played RE's 5 and 6 but never finished them during the time they released. I played all the others except for 3, 6 and the Revelation games. |

| Never really played the RE series, I remember trying a bit of RE4 back on the PS2 but I never got through it. I have a question about the remakes, how much 'horror' do they have? Like do they have tons of jump scares? Overly haunting music? On a scale of say Left 4 Dead to Outlast where do the RE games stand as zombie shooters? Do they lean more on action or more movie like horror elements? I'd probably give them a try if they are more action oriented but if they're just filled with jump scares I will pass cause I can't stand jump scares. |

Personally, the only one time I got jump scared is a Licker after triggering a certain event as I was completely unprepared for it. I think Lickers will probably be the biggest jump scare moments if you're not ready. The regular zombies will rarely get you. Resident Evil 2 remake definitely emphasizes on survival horror rather than action. |

It was the single reason I couldn't make it through Outlast, from what I can tell from gameplay and the trailers I probably will like the game but I'm not sure if I can get through the horror aspect of it. |

| Oh man, i'm super excited for this. I'm currently playing through the RE games again ready for the remake. Starting with Zero (unfortunately). I forgot how annoying it is to leave items on the ground and remember where you left them. |
