Wow, that’s crazy. Was there really this much content (or should I even be surprised)?

I’m guessing it’ll be like Railgun S, the previous season, where the season covers Festival Arc for around 16-18 episodes, and then something anime-original to end it off.

Wasn't the manga already far away compared to the anime? Pretty sure they have enough materials to adapts the contents without went filler this time around.

Judging the artwork, I think they will adapt the Dream Ranker arc.

I don't think it will be rushed.
The first episode will filler (or maybe it has one filler part), 12 episodes for The Daihesie Festival arc and 12 episodes for Dream Ranker arc.

~30 chapters into into 12 episodes is kinda rushed, especially since the chapters aren't that short.

That's too much tight I admit it. It is a shame because Liberal Arts City would have been perfect.

24 episodes is awesome, although not surprising. The only downside is that i´ll have to listen to fucking akeboshi rockets, of all things, 24 fucking times.
every single one of their songs is the same as the one before, almost as if they´re Japanese Nickelback. With women
It's okay to smirk

Just like almost every anime out there, I'm pretty sure they're going to change the ED after episode 12 or 13. So unless they decide to keep the ED the same for the entire series, we only have to luckily listen to their new song 12 or 13 times.

I feel the same way you do about Akeboshi Rockets. Once you've listened to one of their songs, you pretty much listened to all their songs because they sound the same.

Index and Railgun tend to keep the same ending throughout the season with only the opening changing. At leat that´s how I remember it

Nope. Opening and ending change in both Index and Railgun.

not really if they go with this they only have two arcs before hitting the current arc.

they only have Daihasei Festival Arc and the Dream Ranker Arc

only arc left of railgun content is the Jailbreaker Arc

Come on, Railgun T. Please don't drop into filler hell... we really need you to bring it home so we can get that anime adaptation for New Testament. You can release all the filler arcs and seasons you want for all I care after I know that the Magic God Othinus Arc has been confirmed for animation...

true, but 30 for 12 is just a bit short of what it should be. I haven't read the manga, but I know that 30 often equals around 15, maybe shorter if there are enough actions scenes
