It goes downhill during the 2nd half. Betelguese/Petelguese/whatever is just terrible.

Same, I'm very indifferent about BNHA, although I like it, but there is some stuff about it I don't enjoy. Also I don't like most characters too much, Deku and some are okayish tho, but I love Todoroki.

I guess Hans from Rokka no Yuusha is something like that for me. The show was pretty Meh but I ended up really liking that guy. Although, it's not like he's THAT important to me. He's far from my top fave anime characters overall.

I would also say Naoi from Angel Beats! but I'm not sure if that qualifies since I guess I did like that show? It's just that it had many glaring flaws that bother me to no end. Anyway, I liked multiple characters from the show, but Naoi is one I think about pretty often despite the show not being the greatest, and I'm honestly kinda sad that his character is stuck in such a show and doesn't have more official content.

I couldn't stand either of the two main characters in Takagi-san, but I kind of liked the other three girls, Mina, Sanae, and Yukari.
