It totally is a lack of resources. They haven't banned accounts that boosted some random manga into manga top back in August yet. Like this one for example which is at around 100 now (used to be near the top) and is voted on almost exclusively by voting bots voting 10s and 1s (it wasn't translated yet so majority of users couldn't read it yet)  |

Ef got 10-9-9-10 and it's really apalling, maybe the worst of all 77 animes I've seen If it's a 6.xx ecchi harem anime or BL fanservice anime, it will have like a joke review of 10/10 and the rest will be lower most likely. |

Let's not jump to that assumption when Brotherhood fans have been the biggest offender of this recently. |
