Looking forward to this anime, especially that it involves the long-term effects of earthquakes.

Looks like it will be something unique, but I'm curious which studio will adapt it.

It might become one of the underwatched gems of the year, I can tell even by the poster and the synopsis. Obviously there isn't a trailer yet but it looks genuinely fascinating.

The original artwork made this look really interesting, apparently though it's a 3 min, 12 episode short-form anime, so that's killed all the hype for me.

A propaganda anime funded by Kumamoto local gov. Even knowing that, I can't say no to emotional iyashikei that focuses on human compassion.

Source? That there's no studio associated at this late a stage already made me suspect that it'd be a short-form though.

The art style, especially the background style as shown in the poster, does look interesting. And the slice of life genre is the only valid genre of anime, so this being among it gives the series potential, but it takes something crazy good for a short-form anime to be memorable.

It's listed on Live Chart as 3 min short form, not sure where their source is from though.

+1

What a damn shame.
One Piece episode 914 & 915 were a mistake.

Just because it's a short form doesn't immediately mean it's bad

This looks like a profound anime.
“The sound of the Gion Shoja temple bells echoes the impermanence of all things;
The color of the sala flowers reveals the truth that to flourish is to fall.
The proud do not endure, like a passing dream on a night in spring;
The mighty fall at last, to be no more than dust before the wind.”
