| @Makum It's mainly about editing, so you're correct about turning existing pictures into your own work. From your description, I assume you know how to edit with graphic design programs like GIMP and Photoshop, just not utilize advance effects. If so, Intermediate would probably be a suitable choice. The opening post for the Image Edition sign-up thread has some good examples of what kind of work is expected for each level. Use them as a benchmark. |

| I'll join this time again! The last time it was a bit nerve-wrecking for me because of some organization hiccups - but it's understandable with such a big amounts of entries! I am sure it will go more smoothy this time. And it was very fun anyway. I still remember a post from a user who said that their week was abysmal and the recs were the only good event. |

| @Swiggy Ah, you could have done that every year except... for this year :'D We split anime and manga as a trial this year because many people would get confused. "I signed up for manga so why I am recing someone anime" etc. If you make a small note of it in your sign-up post, maybe your Santa will be generous ;) Happy to see many people participating for the first time! We'll get back to those offering to volunteer soon :3 |
