| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- With every episode, Legosi and Haru grows closer despite being different species. Seems Legosi developed a taste for eggs. A bit unusual for a carnivore but I guess anything can happen in this series. Legosi's got some dancing skills :o |

| Wow, while this episode seemed to be pretty upbeat during the first half, things kind of escalated toward the end. Looks like the relationships will only grow more complicated from here on. Well, the bambi and a young Haru got to "know" each other real quick given the circumstances. And Juno seems to have a strong "notice me senpai" attitude xD I really love Jack's reaction when he finds a certain something that Doctor Panda has given to Legosi to test himself. Overall a great episode in terms of art (especially when Haru had her little journey) and music. So many unexpected twists and turns lol |

| The animation of Haru stumbling through the woods made up of Louis' antlers is freaking gorgeous! i can't praise studio orange enough!! Legom is pretty much Paru (the author) herself lol: When Louis was about to kiss Haru and he stopped and he explained why: I couldn't find the raws to chapter 27, but in the English scans, when Legosi was sniffing Louis, his thoughts said "I couldn't figure out what that smell is" (which wasn't included in the anime), but in the Chinese scans, his thoughts said "my nose is stuffed so I couldn't figure out the smell." which would fix this 'plot hole' since canines' noses are sharp and he should be able to figure out what that smell was immediately Maybe it's just me but I felt like Legosi's dance pose is cooler in the manga, cause we see his whole torso, while in this episode the camera followed his arm movements closely and we didn't see the whole picture wish they kept Legosi's eyes the way they were when he ruined Juno's daydream. it made him look more dopey XD REAAAAALLY wish they kept the dialogues in Jack's flashback of Legosi as a kid. Maybe they couldn't find a kid voice for him? im really curious how he sound as a kid. also the anime didn't reveal this but Legosi loves bugs (still does) which is why he has a pet bug and in the flashback he was holding up bugs I like this part of the anime. In the manga, when Legosi gave up Haru, his smile was forced. But in anime, it was a pained smile. And lastly, the last scene would look sooo much better if the paint is red, which was how I envisioned it'd be when I saw this page I do like how his eyes are red-rimmed though. Super excited for next episode! We are finally gonna see what Louis is hiding under his sleeves! (Literally and figuratively) |

| The hen's part was interesting, as we haven't get enough cultural background about the world of beast being. Juno's part was also buoyant. But bunny's part was gloomy as usual... As expected, it seems the author is intentionally hiding Legoshi's reaction for the porno pictures of bunnies. Since no perplexed portrayal of Legoshi for the magazine was found in this episode, we should assume he doesn't have physical interest for bunnies in general. But I can't remember what made him platonically love the bunny so much. |

| Okay I thought that Louis was just passing time with Haru but looks like he may have legit feelings for her. Also damn the look on Legosi's face was terrifying, makes me wonder if he really is misinterpreting his feelings for her. |

| Nice episode,kinda weird that eggs are acceptables in this society and that chicken basically sells their babies,still it was a pretty fun part,the Haru part after the opening was 10/10 and the rest of the episode was pretty nice,the triangle forming is very interesting. |

Not all eggs are fertile, you need a rooster for them to be fertile, otherwise chickens will not care for or look after their eggs, and they will just rot and be wasted. Hens lay eggs without roosters. |
| This episode went from laying eggs to baring rage. Legosi finally snaps for jealousy. Next episode we gonna get a confrontation? Also as an eggtarian, that first skit with Legom was lit. Laying eggs is never a side job. XD |

| Shit, so Haru is in love with Louis! Thing has turned into a love triangle and I'm super loving it. Did anyone discovered a tone of jealousy from Louis when he suddenly found out Legosi knew Haru, I think he does have a thing for her. Drama in this one just made me appreciate it more despite the animation CG. Legosi with that angry face and colorful paints at his hand, made the scene so majestically artistic. I'll have to prioritize this series from now on, judging by its direction. The first part was also enjoyable, loved Legom, even though she's cold towards Legosi. |

| Here we go with another amazing episode, I loved that Legosi eventually cleared up his feelings toward Haru ! But I feel a bit sad for Juno, she looked cute in the dancing scene. Also the very beginning with the chicken was a bit out of subject but really made me smile |

| That dream sequence though ... Really, who would've thought Orange could go above and beyond our expectations for this adaption ? Another well paced and crafted episode brimming with love,comedy,drama and most importantly eggs ! Legom gonna be the actual Beastars lol Btw people, don't take Juno at face value plz, Paru doesn't like to write typical characters which means that Juno's far from having played her cards yet ;) Can't wait for next week once again ! |

| Legosi's face when he attacked Jack had me crying! So funny. Damn and then Legosi's face at the end was pretty serious. I like how it was serious but still somewhat gentle at the same time. The anime continues to get better each week! |

| The chicken stuff before the OP was completely pointless, but that aside this was an excellent episode once again, with Legosi finally getting a grasp of how he actually feels after seeing Louis and Haru together and piecing together their relationship. Also, the animation and art style for that "dream sequence" of Haru's was absolutely astonishing and outstanding. |

Dont forget, they also introduced the concept of marine speak. Meaning sea creatures are a part of this world too. |
| Very good episode! I was actually surprised that the chicken chapter was even adapted into the show! I was afraid Studio Orange would've saw it as filler, but good thing it was included. It provides good world building and shows us how the world of Beastars work. Haru's dream sequence was so beautiful to watch. Juno's affection towards Legosi is so cute! I even liked how comedy was sprinkled in this episode. Can't wait for the next episode! |
