| I was waiting for an scene with Iruma reading the shoujo manga to Amelie and man, it was as adorable as I was expecting. Absolutely loved it and not to mention also that seeing Amelie acting like a maiden in love is way too cute. Great episode and seems the next one will have a special focus on Clara. Looking forward to it! |

| Ameri reminds me of Inner Moka from Rosario+Vampire in a good way. I hope that if she ends up being a bit tsundere, she's not violent to Iruma. (I doubt it, she's twice his size and he's a "mythical" human) Clara with her sunglasses XD EDIT: that was supposed to be my comment for episode 6. On to episode 7/ Ah, the struggles of reading manga in Japanese when one cannot read Japanese... relatable. Ameri seems a little tsundere, but so far it's been because she's kind of embarrassed about reading the forbidden texts of shoujo manga. As long as she keeps the ass-kicking to delinquents who are vandalizing the school or are actual threats, I'm cool with it. She really does remind me of Inner Moka from R + V in a good way. The whole premise of this show seems like a PG version of that show tbh: human goes to monster / demon school, has to keep it secret that he's a human or else he'll die, he instantly makes a bunch of friends who vie for his attention, has a bright color palette. So if we skip the trashy harem antics, and add more comedy, it'll be good. Speaking of color palettes, I'm REALLY enjoying the one for this show. It's so bright and cheerful! It's kind of weird seeing Ameri who has the body of a grown woman in comparison to most of the the schoolgirls in the show. She looks like a freaking Amazon. There's a girl in Iruma's class who is as developed and tall, the one with a lot of pink ribbons and stuff (I don't know her name), but most of the girls are either dinosaurs or closer in body type to Clara. Well, the boys vary too: from bishie Azmodeus to cartoony Iruma to "after JoJo" Sabro to that guy who has a lion head and owl-looking Mineta. I think Ameri is a year older than Iruma and co. since she's Student Council President. Anyways, now that Iruma has several admirers, I hope that the story doesn't spend much time on romance. Spoiled myself on the wiki a little, and from what I read there, it doesn't sound like it will. I like Clara (in moderation), but jealous Clara looks like she could get really obnoxious really quickly. But hey: if I quit liking the show, I'll go and watch a different one. |

| Shoujo mangas sure are a big deal in this series, never expected Ameri was this much into them. Though that pretty much confirmed her suspicious too about Iruma being a human. Anyways was a really fun episode. |

| I hope 14-year-old Iruma having worked various odd-jobs to pay for his good-for-nothing parents becomes a running gag because him revealing he was actually an assistant on the whopping 300+ volume shoujo manga really got me. |
